"I wasn’t new to fitness when I joined Unleashed I had already been on my fitness journey for a few years. What stood out to me immediately was the level of thought, effort, and intention that goes into the programming. You can tell V genuinely cares about helping women succeed and puts her heart into what she does. One of the moments that impacted me most had nothing to do with a workout. During a time when my mental health wasn’t at its best, I stepped away for a bit. Even though I had only been with her program for about a month, V reached out to check on me. It was such a genuine gesture, and it meant more to me than she’ll probably ever know. If I could tell another woman one thing, it’s that doing hard things takes time. Having someone in your corner who believes in you and wants success for you just as much as you do makes all the difference. It gives you the confidence to keep showing up and reminds you that you’re capable of more than you think."
