We empower women to develop lasting strength, confidence, and resilience through intentional strength training, accountability, and a powerful community that pushes you to grow—not just physically, but mentally too.

Led by Coach Luna, our high-energy group training is designed for intermediate to advanced women who are ready to level up. Every session follows a proven system using progressive overload, habit tracking, and coaching that challenges you to improve every time you show up.

We offer monthly memberships with 10–14 sessions per month, plus drop-in classes on Fridays and Saturdays—perfect for women who want structure, support, and real results without the guesswork.

This is more than a workout.

One Friday night/month — A workout that feels like a party. Full-body strength + cardio to your favorite trap and hip-hop tracks. Come for the vibe, leave stronger.

Group Strength Training
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 5 AM & 6 AM

Small-group sessions focused on strength, form, and consistency. Each workout includes mobility, progressive overload, and conditioning—all coached by Luna.

Meet Coach Luna

Unleashed Fitness started with my own transformation—a journey that began with needing change and ended with becoming the strongest version of myself.

I didn’t always love fitness. But I started strength training to find clarity, discipline, and direction—and it gave me exactly that. What started in the gym became a mindset: Do hard things, stay consistent, and everything in your life gets stronger.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and I’ve helped dozens of women build strength, discipline, and confidence—inside and out.
