I've spent 15+ years behind the chair, and I built this space on one belief: beauty should be about more than the style you leave with. It's the whole experience, from booking your appointment to walking out the door feeling confident and cared for.

That's why every detail here is intentional. The standard, the space, the people all built to feel professional, welcoming, and made for the modern woman.

Beautiful hair is where it started. But I'm building something bigger: a brand that gives talented stylists a place to grow, and gives every client a reason to feel completely unleashed.

Prepare for Your Appointment

  • Hair is included with most services. Please review the individual service description to confirm what’s included and whether you need to provide anything.


  • Yes. Children ages 7–13 are considered children’s appointments. Children’s pricing applies to extension hair lengths up to 18 inches. Please review the children’s service options for specific pricing and details

  • Yes. You’re welcome to provide your own hair if you prefer. If you provide your own human hair, you’ll receive $60 off your service. Please review your service description for any specific hair requirements.

  • We do not currently offer shampoo and blow-dry services. However, another stylist in the salon may be available to provide this service. Please get in touch with Valencia in advance to make arrangements.

  • No. Please arrive with clean hair and no products applied. Your stylist will apply the appropriate products during your service. Avoid oils and heavy products, as they can leave buildup or a white residue in the hair.

  • If you don’t see the style you’re looking for, please contact your stylist and send a photo of the desired style.

  • Please arrive with your natural hair clean, washed, fully detangled, and prepared according to your service description.

  • Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long throughout to ensure the style can be properly installed.


  • If your hair is not properly prepared for your scheduled service, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and you would have to rebook online. Please review the hair preparation instructions before arriving to avoid delays or additional fees.


  • For color services, please check with your stylist before booking to confirm your desired color is available.

  • Unleashed Deals are only valid for the specific style, date, and time listed on the promotional flyer. To receive the deal, you must upload the current flyer when booking and book under the Flash Deal appointment.

    Flash Deal appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you need to cancel, your appointment and deposit are forfeited. Deals cannot be transferred to another date or time.

  • You may reschedule your appointment as long as it is more than 7 days away. Deposits are non-refundable.


  • Due to limited space and to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Please plan accordingly for your appointment.

  • A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance.


  • Style changes are not guaranteed on the day of your appointment. Please contact the stylist before your appointment to request a change so we can confirm availability, timing, and any additional requirements.



  • The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Payment is accepted by cash or Zelle.

  • Please text 916-389-4664 if you’re running late. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in an additional fee, shortened service, or rescheduling.
