Hi, I’m Valencia Luna, founder of Luna Unleashed Beauty, a protective-style specialist, and the woman behind the vision.
With more than 15 years in the beauty industry, I’ve grown from behind the chair into building and leading a beauty business rooted in quality, intention, and community.
I’ve learned that a great beauty experience is about more than the finished style. It’s about how you feel throughout the entire journey from discovering us online to walking through our doors, sitting in the chair, and leaving feeling confident, refreshed, and cared for.
As a salon owner, I care about the details beyond the styling chair. I care about the standard, the environment, the experience, the people and the business behind the beauty. Every part of Luna Unleashed is intentionally designed to create a salon experience that feels professional, welcoming and built for the modern woman.
I’m still passionate about creating beautiful styles, but I’m equally passionate about building something bigger a brand that creates opportunities, sets a standard and gives women a space they’re proud to be a part of.

PERSONALIZE AND RESERVE
Select your service, add options such as length, color, or other enhancements, then choose your preferred date and time. A 20% deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your final total.

Confirmation
Once your appointment is booked, check your confirmation email for all appointment details and important hair preparation instructions. You’ll also receive a reminder text the day before your appointment.

Prepare for Your Appointment

Please arrive with your natural hair clean, washed, fully detangled, and prepared according to your service description.

Valencia does not currently offer shampoo and blow-dry services. However, another stylist in the salon may be available to provide this service. Please reach out to Valencia in advance to make arrangements.

No. Please arrive with clean hair and no products applied. Your stylist will apply the appropriate products during your service. Avoid oils and heavy products, as they can leave buildup or a white residue in the hair.

Natural hair must be at least 4 inches long throughout to ensure the style can be properly installed.

Hair is included with most services. Please review the individual service description to confirm what’s included and whether you need to provide anything.

If your hair is not properly prepared for your scheduled service, your appointment may need to be cancelled. Please review the hair preparation instructions before arriving to avoid delays or additional fees.

Yes. You’re welcome to provide your own hair if you prefer. If you provide your own human hair, you’ll receive $60 off your service. Please review your service description for any specific hair requirements.

For color services, please check with your stylist before booking to confirm your desired color is available. S

If you don’t see the style you’re looking for, please contact your stylist and send a photo of the desired style.

Yes. Children ages 7–13 are considered children’s appointments. Children’s pricing applies to extension hair lengths up to 18 inches. Please review the children’s service options for specific pricing and details

Unleashed Deals are only valid for the specific style, date, and time listed on the promotional flyer. To receive the deal, you must upload the current flyer when booking and book under the Flash Deal appointment.
Flash Deal appointments cannot be rescheduled. If you need to cancel, your appointment and deposit are forfeited. Deals cannot be transferred to another date or time.

Important Booking Information

A 20% nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your remaining balance.

The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Payment is accepted by cash or Zelle.

You may reschedule your appointment as long as it is more than 7 days away. Deposits are non-refundable.

Please text 916-389-4664 if you’re running late. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in an additional fee, shortened service, or rescheduling.

Due to limited space and to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone, guests and children are not permitted unless they are receiving a service. Please plan accordingly for your appointment.

Style changes are not guaranteed on the day of your appointment. Please contact the stylist before your appointment to request a change so we can confirm availability, timing, and any additional requirements.
